*Minimum of 2 years of being a plumbing dispatcher. The company is open 7 days a week, ( Must have weekend availability )*
- $20-22 per hour *with bonus incentives & overtime ** Good reliable dispatchers make 60-80k
* Must be extremely tech-savvy

We are very busy and in urgent need of more skillful CSRS/ dispatchers. We are a reputable, honest, and hardworking company that takes pride in delivering great service.
As a Csr/ dispatcher the focus is to screening and dispatching all incoming customer service requests. You must be able to qualify calls, prioritize service requests, give customers the best service experience, learn our service area, our call types, and send the right technician to the right call.
The personality of a great dispatcher loves to help others, and is an expert at problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch 20-50 techs every shift
- Work as a team with second dispatch
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Learn all technicians and their skill sets
- memorize each technicians numbers and top skill sets
- Be a great problem solver & a master at time management.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet company sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer and technician complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, and process customer accounts
- Follow company scripts and booking procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to continuously learn plumbing and skill set of each technician.
- Using dispatch for profit methods
Skills
- Must be tech savy most communication is via email and various apps

- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
