Job description
Dispatchers are a crucial part of Hillcrest Security.
Hillcrest Security is seeking dynamic, customer service oriented professionals to fill our open Security Dispatch and Video Monitoring positions. If you can multitask, enjoy working closely in a team environment and making a difference, this is the career for you.
This position is available part time or full-time, 32 hours per week.
Responsibilities, May include the following:
- Monitor cameras
- Answer phones
- Dispatch patrol officers for alarm activations and/or suspicious activity
- Customer service to clients and radio communication

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1-year dispatch experience preferred
- Proficient with the use of Gmail and other Google Services
- Proficient with the use of Android mobile devices
- Must be able to work independently, communicate clearly and be timely.
- Flexibility with schedules, including weekends, graves, overnights, and holidays.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Carpinteria, CA 93013: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Physical Requirements:
You must be able to:
- Sit for long periods of time (8 hours)

- Monday to Friday

- Overnight shift
- Weekend availability

Pay range: $18-22 per hour
