If this job were yours, you would distribute different products to various locations around Bandon Dunes. Your job would entail picking, staging, loading, and unloading trucks and ensuring that all inventory records are accurately maintained through inventory software and proper paperwork filing. Your communication skills will be critical as you must communicate professionally with staff via phone and email. It would be essential to ensure safety protocols are followed by completing safety inspections, reporting defects, and submitting daily logs and paperwork. Additionally, you would be responsible for maintaining the company's vehicles and ensuring they are clean, sanitized, and in good condition. You would also move the waste from the warehouse to dumpsters, operate hand trucks and pallet jacks, and package finished products for shipping. Your role would impact the organization by ensuring that products are distributed on time, accurately recorded, and safety protocols are followed. Your ability to rotate through different warehouse positions also ensures efficient operations, which is crucial to the organization's success.

Successful candidates will have a clean driving record, pass a background check, have some previous warehouse and driving experience, be able to work flexible hours as required and have a positive attitude and professional manner and appearance.
