JJR is a local manufacturing company that serves the commercial aerospace industry as well as the private space sector. Currently we are looking for a dynamic individual who understands document control and excels in data entry. This person will be primarily responsible for entering newly awarded contracts into our ERP system.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Purchase order review, comparing our quote to the PO and identify discrepancies.

-Communicate with clients to obtain all data required to start the project (drawings, parts lists, CAD files…)

-Enter all information into our ERP software

Skills Required:

-Organized/detail oriented

-Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets, and other common software applications

-Ability to work independently

-Professional communication skills, written and verbal

-Experience with ERP software is a plus (Proshop ERP)

-Aerospace industry experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
