We are seeking a Document Processor for a very important client
Review documents to verify correct verbiage, accurate dates and facts. Ensure printed backup documents (note, mortgage, assignment, print screens, corporate resolution, and prior recorded foreclosure documents) are consistent with the source documents being prep for signature for signer and notary. Tab supporting documentation for easy identification for signers. May scan documents into image system. Update daily log indicating complete assignment.
The Client Operations Account Maintenance Analyst will perform a wide variety of functions which include submitting client updates based upon review of client documentation and instruction, updates to back end systems, as well as oversight and reconciliation of the team's daily work. The team will work closely with several internal business groups including the Client OnBoarding Maintenance (COB), Client Services, Investors, Investment Assistants and Supervisory Managers. The job requires a high degree of discipline, a strong attention to detail and a strong control mindset. The analyst will also serve as the liaison for issue resolution and research relating to account information queries, and providing feedback to the team on performance and quality.
Responsibilities
· Review and interpret client executed documentation
· Perform account and client level updates based on client or business partner instruction
· Perform authentication to ensure instructions are provided by authorized account holder/contact
· Identify and prefill documentation for distribution to client for review/execution
· Take ownership to diligently maintain outlined policies and procedures
· Serve as the first line of defense for escalation's where needed
· Assist with team projects and initiatives
· Run basic reports (trend analysis, production reports)
· Review metrics and take actions accordingly
· Promote a controls environment to mitigate risk
· Communicate with business partners and/or clients and leverages subject matter expertise to provide coaching on persistent issues
· Perform verification for work processed by team members to identify/resolve data issues

Education
- B.S. degree or equivalent work experience
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $29.00 - $31.00 per hour
