Job description

Insight Global is seeking a documentation professional for one of its largest investment banking clients in Dallas, TX. You will be responsible for handling relevant trading documentation negotiations by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Day to Day Responsibilities include:

* Draft, review and negotiate ISDA, CSA and Derivative Master Agreements and related ancillary documents

* Review legal opinions on netting and collateral enforceability including liaising with external counsel

* Interact with and influence business stakeholders and clients in order to negotiate, build consensus, control risks and improve operational efficiency

* Organize execution of completed agreements and dispatch for counterparts' signature

* Ensure return of signed documents and completion and closing of files

* Respond to queries on the master documentation from various departments, including the front office

* Leverage your experience to identify risks and improve the effectiveness of the team

* Develop and nurture relationships across the firm to build consensus and execute on initiatives

Provide innovative client solutions by thinking like an owner and taking an entrepreneurial and analytical approach.

Must Haves

* Bachelor's degree

* 2+ years of Regulatory and Operations experience

* Experience with Trade Documentations and Review

* Experience working with derivatives, credit, risk, treasury functions, and securities lending markets

* Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
