Title: Domestic Warehouse Order Entry Basic Function: Enter and process all domestic warehouse orders received via fax, email, and Sales On Line. Analyze orders for entry constraints and work with dealer and sales rep to resolve any order issues such as pricing discrepancy, items discontinued, promotion codes, etc. Accountabilities: Process and manage all new warehouse orders Process all ship to address travel documents Process all promotional, closeout, and salvage orders Process orders entered by sales reps via Sales On Line Review all promotion orders to ensure it qualifies for the promo Works with customers on all pricing discrepancies on orders until resolution is received Maintain electronic filing system for warehouse orders Answers consumer contact us emails Reports daily order totals as well as week-to-date order totals to President/CEO Manages credit hold orders on a monthly basis Backup to direct container order entry Manages customer service overflow voicemail Distributes all emails/faxes received into the customer service department Scan and save Samson Invoicing paperwork and Completed Packets into Oracle Qualifications: Excellent communication skills. Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks to their successful conclusion.Excellent Excel and MS Office skills. Analyzing and problem solving abilities in order to bring successful resolution to outstanding issues. Ability to work as part of a team but self motivated enough to work independently. Two - four years Customer Service experience in data entry preferred.
Ability to complete daily production demand without sacrificing quality. Oracle experience helpful. 3/6/15
