Job description

This position is assigned to Masonite's 1st Shift working Monday-Friday from 4 am to 2:30 pm each day. We do not work weekends and we strive to give every other Friday off for work life balance.

In order to assemble door this candidate must be able to read ticket and understand door construction build. Use proper hand placement and procedures to assemble doors. Visual perception to align door stack and assist in moving the stack onto transfer cart.

This candidate must have the ability to lift up to (20 lbs on Hollow Core assembly line and up to 80 lbs with a partner on Solid Core assembly line), bending, twisting, stooping, excellent dexterity, must work at a fast pace and handle multiple parts that have glue on them, fast pace is physically demanding. Strong eye/hand coordination. Standing for long continuous hours.
