JOB DESCRIPTION
FRONT DOOR/DESK MONITOR
PURPOSE:
The purpose of the Front Desk Monitor is to perform office task during evening hours which include, but are not limited to:
- Provides administrative/secretarial support for the department such as answering telephones, assisting visitors, and resolving and/or referring a range of administrative problems and inquiries.
- Sorts, screens, reviews, and distributes incoming and outgoing mail; composes, prepares or ensures timely responses to a variety or routine written inquiries.
- Requisitions supplies, printing, maintenance, and other services.
- Other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
· Follows current COVID-19 policies and procedures related to visiting.
· Screening of all families and vendors that enter the building.
· Operating copy and fax machine.
· Other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED
- Be available to work Monday through Friday 12:00 p.m. through 4:00 p.m.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $9.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Madisonville, KY 42431: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
