Door to Door Lead Generation Specialist

We are currently hiring for a Lead Generation Specialist. There is no experience necessary for this position as we train and invest in our employees. Weed Man strives to create a fun, competitive, and rewarding work environment.

As our Lead Generation Specialist, you will be the first introduction to Weed Man Lawn Care for homeowners! Your duties will consist of walking through different neighborhoods in our service territories, to offer homeowners a FREE lawn care quote for their lawn (NO SELLING INVLOVED!).

Position Details:

• Door-to-door community outreach
• Responsible for generating leads by offering free, no-obligation lawn care quotes to homeowners (No selling required)
• Performance-based pay
• Canvassing neighborhoods in Service Territories
• Monday-Friday, 9:30am - 4:00pm

• Must have strong written and oral communication skills
• Professional Appearance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
