Full Stack Developer

Standard business hours.

Candidate will be testing and developing for a loosely coupled platform, event driven architecture with a heavy focus on resiliency. This role will be a focus initially on automation testing, but the resource will be required to also build applications and services as needed

Experience/Responsibilities

• Full Stack Developer with specialized focus on testing and developing C# application and services (i.e. .Net Core and Kubernetes are preferred)

• Define and build performance tests for web based/mobile applications (4+ years) utilizing JMeter

• Define and build automated regression test suites utilizing a combination of tools that must include Selenium, SpecFlow for BDD, JMeter, Visual Studio unit tests

• Building user experience using Modern Web App framework experience (i.e., React) and/or iOS applications using Xamarin.

• Building back in API and message processing service utilizing C# and message queueing systems such as Service Bus, MQ Series and Kafka

• Ability to work on a small agile team developing applications, services, automated test and experiences that provide situational awareness is capabilities to end users on multiple devices.

o Applications will primarily be web based however unique situational awareness scenarios will be handled by purpose built dedicated iOS application and WPF

• Required to have:

o .Net Core C# experience

o JSON based API building experience using C#

o JMETER experience

o SpecFlow as a tool for Behavior Driven Development (BDD)

o DevOps experience (prefer Azure DevOps)

o Experience with team utilizing CI/CD that includes automation testing in the pipelines

• Nice to have:

o virtualization and containerization

o Creation of CI/CD pipelines for Azure Dev Ops

o Cloud Experience (prefer Azure)

o Developing Kafka message consumers and producers

• 5 years + relevant experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

• 8 hour shift
