Job description
Studco currently has an opening for a flatbed driver to deliver building products. Hours would be days Monday- Friday. Drivers must be able to pick up the drop and hook trailer in PA ( Scranton, Allentown exact location is flexible) early morning and deliver product to customers mid morning. This role should finish around Mid-day. No overnights, no weekends.
Salary Position, estimated annual pay is $60K-$65K.
This position will be responsible for deliveries in PA, MD, VA, NJ, DE. Developmental opportunities and growth as identified by the business.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Operate a Class A truck/trailer through all types of environments
Perform pre and post trip inspections as required by company and federal regulations.
Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards.
Log book for driver’s hours of service regulations.
Understand and adhere to regulations regarding load securement.
Pick up backhauls when needed.
Tarping loads when needed.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience
