The Courtesy Driver is responsible for enhancing the customers positive experience by driving them to and from their home or office while their vehicle is being serviced.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Range of $12.00 to $13.00 per hour, paid weekly. Max 28 hours per week.

• Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm. Hours and schedule may vary.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers
• Keep the service drive and customer lounge clean
• Assist the porters in transporting vehicles to and from the service department
• Operates a radio or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service
• Keeps a record of trips including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point
• Notifies dispatcher or service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance
• Provide customer service and remain courteous and professional during transport
• Adhere to all driving regulations and state laws

Requirements:

• Must submit to a background check and drug test
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Demonstrate customer service skills
• Must be able to work in outside elements
• Good communication skills
