Job Description:

We are looking for a team member to provide excellent battery delivery service to our national account customers along a predetermined route. Must be able to lift 50 lbs repetitively, comfortable with handheld technology and possess solid attention to detail. Does this sound like you?

Responsibilities:

• Key account management (client service)
• Route sequencing for efficiency
• Creation of a load plan and ensuring all batteries are loaded and counted accurately daily
• Selling of and delivery of batteries
• Adjusting and rotating battery stock
• Comfortable with the use of handheld technology
• Ability to accurately complete detailed paperwork
• Required to collect money on current and past due accounts
• Responsible for ensuring dealer displays/point of sale materials are maintained
• Sorting, cleaning and charging batteries

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Driver's license in good standing, CDL a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Sales experience a plus
• Must present a professional image
• Must wear steel-toed shoes/boots
• Must obey all traffic laws at all times with no more than 2 moving violations in any one year
• Must observe our zero tolerance drug and alcohol policy
• Must be punctual

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to exert in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, at least 50 pounds of force frequently (weight of a single battery can be up to 100 lbs.)
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push, lift, grasp, walk, talk, hear and perform repetitive motions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
