Driver Recruiter

Bridgeton, MO – Hazelwood, MO

Full-time/in-office or hybrid

$50,000-$60,000 DOE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a self-motivated Recruiter with experience in recruiting drivers, or someone who has recruiting experience, and has an interest in recruiting drivers. With our company, you will have the opportunity to utilize your work ethic, commitment, organizational skills, and communication skills. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, calling to screen candidates, performing interviews, and qualifying the candidate for the opening. The Recruiter will also be responsible for the following responsibilities:

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience, ideally recruiting drivers.
• Develop initial job descriptions, position requirements, and maintain postings.
• Utilize a variety of search methods to source candidates and build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
• Perform reference checks, as needed.
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
• Provide a positive experience to all candidates.
• Remain current on recruiting trends and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
