Summary: This role involves a broad range of responsibilities, exposing you to the roles of E-commerce team - as a member of the e-commerce team, you will be partnering with a Site Merchandiser, Graphic Designer, Marketing Coordinator, E-commerce Concierge, with a prioritization in responsibilities in website updates, product maintenance and additions.
Responsibilities:

Responsible for all day-to-day e-commerce operations of Shopify Plus site & Upload new product arrivals to KZ.com -
Follow the website calendar to proactively plan for site updates and product additions
-
Product reviews updates; Product roadmap maintenance; Promotional executions
-
Product maintenance by ensuring accurate copy, images, and product descriptions are displayed; Edit images as necessary
-
Evaluate and report on-site improvement conversions and customer engagement
-
Testing and troubleshooting new features/art tests on all devices
-
Shopify theme updates
-
Daily site bug checks; partner with Site Merchandiser for on-site updates and bug fixes, to ensure completion of projects

Responsible for maintaining weekly merchandise transfers based on selling and inventory availability

Conduct daily, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal sales reporting; provide selling recaps

& Ad Hoc reporting

Interaction and partnering with Customer Service and warehouse fulfillment for site and merchandising updates

Support digital marketing initiatives by creating tracking links for social media and e-blasts

Collaborate with creative and design team to produce seasonal collateral for the site

Maintain well-organized files & Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Qualifications & Requirements:

Expert level Adobe Suite knowledge required; Able to use Photoshop for

image editing

2-3 years of experience in Ecommerce

Knowledge of Shopify & Teamwork recommended

Strong understanding of brand building and brand consistency

Experienced with e-commerce content management/coordination

Well-versed in Excel (must be able to quickly and efficiently execute a variety of functions)

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM

Working knowledge of HTML and CSS

Comfortable taking initiative and strong collaboration skills

Excellent Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

BS or BA degree, Marketing, Ecommerce, Business-related field, or equivalent experience
