Job description
The eCommerce Packer is responsible for picking and packing online orders generated from the Kauai Coffee online store.
Employees working in eCommerce can expect the following experiences:
- Working collaboratively in a team environment with co-workers, supervisors and other departments as needed
- Gain skills in inventory management to ensure adequate and accurate stock and supplies are on hand at all times
- Learn all about our coffee and how to grind beans to customer specification
- Provide excellent customer service by fulfilling orders according to customer invoice
- Assist in the development of marketing and promotion ideas
Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills:
1. Previous experience with inventory management or mail order fulfilment is helpful, but not required.
2. Must be able to stand for the majority of an 8 hour shift
3. May be required to lift up to 50lbs
