Description
The CTEC training team is seeking an e-learning Graphics and Multimedia Designer to support the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) program. As a e-learning Graphics and Multimedia Designer, you will support the design, development, delivery and deployment of relevant, high-quality learning assets and experiences. These assets and experiences will be delivered in modalities including face-to-face, hybrid, and virtual learning assets.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop multimedia assets for e-learning products.
- Coordinate training deliverables with internal team members.
- Communicate with internal team members about course development progress.
Requirements
- East coast core hours of 9am to 3pm
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- 5–10 years of experience working as an e-learning Graphics and Multimedia Designer on courseware development projects
- Intermediate level or higher proficiency in developing courseware using Articulate Storyline 3 or 360 preferred
· Expert proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite a must—specifically:
· Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Strong understanding of 508 compliance
· Extensive background in UX/UI design, graphic design, illustration, and animation
· Intermediate level or higher proficiency in Captivate a plus
- 3D animation and modeling skills a plus
- Experience using Adobe After Effects preferred
- HTML/CSS a plus
- Experience with Composica and Camtasia
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong information technology skills
· Experience working with federal or DOD-related agencies preferred
· Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university

As a Graphics and Multimedia Designer, you will support the design, development, delivery and deployment of relevant, high-quality learning assets and experiences. These assets and experiences will be delivered in modalities including face-to-face, hybrid, and virtual learning assets.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop graphics and multimedia assets for use in e-learning videos and other training products
- Coordinate training deliverables with internal team members
- Communicate with internal team members about course development progress
Requirements
- East coast core hours of 9am to 3pm
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- At least 4 years of experience working as Graphics and Multimedia Designer on e-learning and courseware development projects
- Experience with the development of graphics for use in explainer videos or other short-form live and animated videos.
· Expert proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite a must—specifically:
· Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
· Extensive background in UX/UI design, graphic design, illustration, and animation
- Experience with Camtasia
- Understanding of 508 compliance
- 3D animation and modeling skills a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
· Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
· Experience working with Federal agencies preferred
· Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university
