As the Early Head Start Home Visitor, you will:
- Work in partnership with families in their home
- Support positive outcomes for children and families in a variety of ways
- Help families identify their strengths and needs, set goals for themselves and their children, and develop a greater understanding of child development
You will know you are successful if:
- You develop strong partnerships with families that lead to increased participation and greater outcomes for children
- The families you work with feel safe, valued, and supported through your partnership with them
- Parents you work with report growth in their family's protective factors (parental resilience, knowledge of child development, social connections, concrete support, and social emotional competence of children)
Starting Salary dependent on education:
CDA and working toward Degree: $22.83
Associate Degree: $25.09
Bachelor Degree: $28.82
Graduate Degree: $32.92
This is a non-exempt position. 90 day introductory period.
To be considered you must have a minimum of an Infant/Toddler CDA and be in the process of obtaining your degree in Early Childhood Education or have an Associate degree in ECE.
We are currently offering a $500 sign-on bonus and additional $500 bonus after completing the 90 day probation period. We also offer a $250 Covid vaccination stipend if provided with proof of full vaccination.
