Position Summary:
SCADD is seeking a part time candidate to provide and coordinate a full array of case management services for persons who reside in the eastern region, meet eligibility requirements and have substance abuse or dual diagnosis disorders. Working collaboratively with referral sources, treatment facilities and agency clinical teams across the service system in regards to case consultation, treatment and discharge planning.

The Southeastern Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, Inc. (SCADD) has been providing quality treatment services to people seeking recovery since 1966. SCADD is able to provide a continuum of treatment services, licensed by the State of Connecticut, Department of Public Health. SCADD’s Recovery Housing facilities, Withdrawal Management facility, and Outpatient facility are funded and supported by The United Way of Southeastern Connecticut. About the program:
All of SCADD’s case management services provide clients with the tools to promote change, enhance well-being, and move toward independent living. Case management services include accessing gainful employment, housing, and the utilization of social, Twelve Step, and other community supports.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or Related Field, preferred.
Two years experience in substance abuse or and co-occurring disorders or recovery coach certification.
