Lee Douglas Interiors and THE LOFT by Lee Douglas Interiors is looking for a creative and strategic individual to join its marketing team. The eCommerce Marketing Specialist will create and implement strategies that make online transactions possible. They will ensure that online stores are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and furnished with accurate, up-to-date content.

As the eCommerce Marketing Specialist, you will get to do a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Develop, monitor, and update product content contained on eCommerce websites/portals.
• Cultivate standards, systems, and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, and new product listings.
• Utilize SEO best practices.
• Take ownership of daily business administration of eCommerce – from product photography/videography, product upload, and SEO title/description to product fulfillment and shipping.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of pricing policies-UMAP, media assets, inventory, shipping, and drop shipping processes.
• Multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.
• Use Spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) in addition to web analytics to stay organized and monitor changes in product sales, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.
• Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, various leading e-Commerce website builders (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce), product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends, and usability best practices.
• Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies that can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
• Must timely report to work as scheduled by management.
• Familiarity with web design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical and multitasking skills.
