Ecommerce Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, process, and transmit EDI Documents
• Maintain, follow, and implement customer’s routing requirement
• Work with 3PL’s to prepare & process shipping documents following customer’s requirements: sales orders, vas requirements (i.e., Price tickets), packing lists, BOL, shipping labels.
• Review 3PL Open order reports containing total shipments and open order status
• Serve as the main point of contact for all customer service-related questions for your accounts
• Create shipments in FBA portal
• Run order allocations for Vender Central orders
• ERP product set up
• Execute orders from multiple Ecom platforms (Target, Walmart, Wayfair, Amazon)
• Process dropship orders

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Ecom operations. (2+ years)
• Strong Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP), Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook skills
• Able to work independently as part of team
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
