Job Summary:
Works collaboratively with faculty, staff and leadership to manage all aspects of monitoring and reporting the progress and outcomes of the educational programs and the scheduling and accreditation of the educational programs within the School of Health Related Professions. Conduct quality improvement training sessions with faculty and staff to develop new electronic tools and resources for new and existing quality improvement projects.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in education or related field and at least three years of related experience to include experience with education accreditation processes.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills, organizational skills and demonstrated attention to detail. Proven ability to successfully conceptualize, develop and execute the assessment, evaluation and reporting requirements related to an accreditation process. Must be results oriented, have analytical skills, be self-motivated and dependable and be able to assimilate new information.
RESPONSIBILITIES
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists with SACSCOC and programmatic accreditation processes for the School of Health Related Professions and outcome data collections for all programs. Work with faculty and staff to ensure that there are effective evaluation processes for each program; work with education leaders within the school and institution to meet deadlines for preparing submission data, as well as writing and editing submission documents.
- Manage and oversee faculty database and faculty files. Ensure faculty files are up-to-date for regulatory purposes.
- Conduct quality improvement training sessions with faculty and staff to develop new electronic tools and resources for new and existing quality improvement projects; oversee employees who lead or facilitate quality improvement activities, provide project management, data analysis and measurement of outcomes, document and report the results and accomplishments of quality improvement initiatives. Monitor and ensure validity of data received
- Analyzes, develops and implements improvement activities to increase compliance rates as measured by nationally and programmatic accreditation benchmarks and definitions.
- Assist with SHRP ex-council curriculum approvals, minutes, forms and quality improvement initiatives; assist Dean and department chairs in establishing and monitoring benchmarks for departmental educational initiatives. Requesting information from department chairs and directors; support the dean, associate deans and assistant deans to meet the needs of faculty, staff and students.
- Support processing and onboarding for all new faculty in the School of Health Related Professions and assist with development of job descriptions; assist with budgeting efforts, including managing the budgeting database and generating monthly scorecards
- Act as school liaison for collaborative partnerships to further educational initiatives; travel to national and regional conferences as necessary.
- Assist with collection of and audits of annual documentation for accreditation compliance for all educational programs in SHRP.
- Assist with SHRP website, managing content, maintaining continuity with institutional bulleting and handbook. Update website per departmental request. Develop, review and edit school policies for submission to document center.
- Assist with in-house marketing needs such as designing informational flyers, new faculty notices and other communication efforts. Develop and assist Dean with the development and quarterly publication of SHRP newsletter.
