Job Title : Electrical Engineer

Location : Mossville , IL (Onsite)

Duration : Full time

JD :

• Design and release power conversion systems for Caterpillar advanced power products.

• Meet cost, quality, and performance targets. Collaborate with supporting teams to develop an FMEA based validation plan. Collaborate with suppliers to develop and/or select products for use within the power conversion product line.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited curriculum.

• 5+ years of relevant engineering work experience. Master’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.

Technical Skills: Required:

• Experience with design and development of power electronics or power conversion systems.

• Perform simulation of power electronics system and select components. Create electrical schematics.

Desired:

· Experience with new product introduction and FMEA based product development.

· Experience working with suppliers and purchasing to introduce a new product to market.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills

· Oral and written complemented by the ability to develop/deliver technical presentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mossville, IL 61552: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
