About the Electrical Foreman*
The Electrical Foreman role is based out of our HQ in Lititz, PA, and is a part of our New Construction Group. A Foreman can expect to earn $25 to $35 per hour, with consistent OT opportunities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is experienced in Electrical New Construction, enjoys working on a job site & seeing the project progress, and is passionate about being a leader and living out our core values, like Integrity and Safety.
There are no overnights or out-of-town assignments as all our projects are based out of Lititz, PA and sites are in-state within 1 to 1.5 hours from Lititz. This is a Safety Sensitive position.

What You Will Do:*
- Be an experienced, diligent, and knowledgeable Electrician who leads projects as a working Foreman on commercial/residential new construction job sites.
- Install wiring and electrical equipment in each stage of construction from rough-ins to finish-outs.
- Collaborate in a team-oriented environment with different leveled electricians and foremen to complete projects on time.
- Read and understand architectural prints as well as utilize your knowledge of code requirements.
- Manage material orders, electrical mechanics, and schedules.
- Utilize clear communication with general contractors and our other trades.
- Provide guidance and share the knowledge you have spent your career learning with Electricians who are just getting started in the trade.
- Mindfulness and communication are key for the team to be successful. Take pride in completing all jobs and paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough, and timely manner.
- Understand the importance of following General Construction and Haller Safety protocols.

What We Need From You:
- 6-8 + years of electrical construction experience as a Foreman.
- An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.
- OSHA-10 Certification.
- Knowledge and enforcement of the NEC code book.
- A strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work.
- Be a lifelong learner and realize you never stop learning and growing in the field to be good at the trade.
- Valid and current driver’s license with an insurable driving record so we can give you a new company vehicle for you to drive each day and take home each evening.
- A Journeyman's or Master's license is a plus!
- Proficiency with technology to work from an iPad and the ability to type a professional email to communicate with any member of our customer's organization.
