ELECTRO-MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review specifications and bills of material.
• Check contents of kit and prepare short list if necessary.
• Plan and perform wiring, terminals, attachments and connections.
• Attach, connect and assemble hosing and perform water test to insure compliance with specs
• Assemble, attach and route pneumatic and hydraulic components and associated hosing.
• Adjust, modify, and fabricate parts and assemblies as required to make equipment functional to customer specifications.
• Layout, assemble and attach system for customer inspection, factory interconnection, or final test.
• Perform final clean – up in system in preparation for use or shipment.
• Do skilled fitting of parts, sub assemblies and related units.
• Do aligning, adjusting and required secondary machining.
• Requires occasional off-site service calls.
• Follow all clean – up and housekeeping procedures.
• Comply with all safety regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of a high school diploma.
• Ability to read, interpret and work form drawings, bills’ of material and specifications.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Must be able to perform metric conversions.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.

Day Shift

$20-$26/hour

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Assembly: 2 years (Preferred)
