Electronic Component Assembly

$14.00 per hour

6:00am-4:30pm Mon-Thur work schedule (Four 10-hour days)

Staffworks Group is looking for General Assemblers to help build electronic and mechanical equipment for a leader in electronic component design and manufacturing located in Solon.

This position will help prep and assemble circuit boards using a variety of tools and methods. On-the-job training is provided, and this position can lead to other roles in the quality/testing department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Light assembly of electronic components
• Preparation of materials to be loaded into machines
• Spray components with silicone spray
• Occasional operation of assembly machines
• Meet quotas set by the supervisor for each job
• Mostly a standup job, but there are times when you sit to do parts of the job – you could be standing for an entire day
• This job will be working with VERY TINY parts

Requirements

• Small part assembly experience preferred
• Hand eye coordination
• Good concentration
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Able to stand for an entire day or days at a time
