Compass Classical Academy, a public charter school is a small business in Northfield, NH. We are professional, agile and our goal is to Educate young students.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and be able to create an engaging learning environment for students. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing lesson plans, delivering instruction, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to parents and administrators. We are looking for someone who is committed to helping students reach their full potential and is passionate about the education of young minds.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of all students.
• Create a positive learning environment for students.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Communicate with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
• Assess student performance and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with other teachers to develop curriculum and instructional materials.
• Integrate technology into the classroom to enhance learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
