Gasconade County R-1 is currently seeking highly qualified applicants for a certified Elementary Teacher for the 2023-2024 school year. Hermann Elementary School educates approximately 250 students in grades PreK - 3rd grade. We are looking for candidates who have a passion for student excellence and for making a positive difference in a child's life.
An elementary teacher plays an integral role in preparing students for a bright future of learning. Therefore, the successful candidate must be able to implement higher-order learning strategies, have the ability to integrate technology skills into the classroom, possess strong communication skills, and build positive relationships with the students, parents and the community. Candidates should have a working knowledge of Professional Learning Communities and Missouri Learning Standards. Applicable degree and certification are required.
