Lakeview Behavioral Health is currently looking for an experienced Eligibility & Referral Specialist. This position will play an integral role in the client's service and organizational strength of our company. The Eligibility & Referral Specialist will provide communication to outside agencies regarding referrals, answer and respond to calls, fax and emails, set up initial appointments, verify eligibility and assist with setting up portal access . Qualified candidates will have a strong background in insurance eligibility verification, referral process and scheduling. Candidates must have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and problem solve and have a friendly demeanor with a strong emphasis of customer service.
