Job description

The position for an EMT-B or AEMT with Clear Lake ambulance service is a paid on-call volunteer position with the Village of Clear Lake. The job is to render EMS care to sick, disabled, or injured individuals based on signs and symptoms or complaints in a pre-hospital setting. The EMS provider must possess the skill knowledge and techniques of a competent EMT at their licensure level. Responsibilities include Driving an Ambulance for calls, rendering EMS care, Communication on 2-way radios, follow policies and SOG for the service, and understanding medical control. This position requires continuous mental effort for decision making and problem-solving in-patient care situations and the ability to work under pressure.

Education/License/Certification requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Current Valid WI drivers license
• Current WI EMT/AEMT license
• Current BLS CPR certification with AED training
• Must be 18yrs of age

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $3.00 - $5.00 per hour
