The JPMorgan Chase Employer Brand Marketing team creates and manages global integrated recruitment marketing campaigns across the firm's J.P. Morgan and Chase businesses. As a Brand Sr. Associate focused on North America and Latin America (NAMR/LATM ) talent attraction, you'll drive global marketing campaigns that promote careers across Consumer and Community Banking (CCB), Technology, and Campus at JPMorgan Chase. You will play an integral role in strategy development, production and execution of integrated activations to attract top talent to the firm. You will partner with cross line of business groups to understand marketing objectives and ensure internal/external marketing programs align with key priorities.
You will partner closely with internal marketing teams, technologists, recruiting leadership and internal/external agencies to build and implement campaigns to attract top talent to JPMorgan Chase globally. You'll also be responsible for ensuring that the work is grounded in research and insights relevant to the target audience.

- Have full knowledge about Brand unit systems and processes, and help refine and develop
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- At least 3-5 years of marketing / brand experience
- Strong track record in project management and ability to translate business goals to marketing strategy and execution.
- Experience managing external agencies, multiple clients, digital and creative teams in a highly matrixed environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player who easily gains trust and support of peers, with a proven ability to develop strong relationship with colleagues, internal / external clients and vendors
- Experience with, or a strong understanding of, the legal and operational constraints of creating large and small-scale marketing campaigns for a financial services company.
- Experience working with photography curation, video, slideshows, interactive, and other asset types.
- Action-oriented nature and willingness to tackle challenges; pro-actively will seek opportunities.
