Weekends/On call/Holidays Weekends/Holidays as needed

Dress Code: Scrubs

Required Minimum Qualifications
Licensure: NA
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Certification: BLS
Experience: Prior experience in the hospital or pre-hospital setting
Number of years of experience: 1 year
Preferred skills: NA

Summary of Major Function
Assists in providing direct and indirect patient care by performing a variety of non-professional duties under the direction of the Registered Nurse. The Emergency Department Technician (EDT) also performs non-patient care related duties within the department. Exposure Risk Category for OSHA is Category I Position. May perform other duties as assigned.
