We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join our Production Department! We have an immediate opening for a Engine Lathe Operator at our Jefferson Division located in Jefferson, OH. This position will report to the Operations Manager.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (not all inclusive):
- Set & run assigned machine to perform tasks such as cut for weld, machine stellite on punches and trim rings.
- Catalog and store various tooling components (inserts, K.O. pins, and punches).
- Perform associated housekeeping duties.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor/Leadperson.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Ability to lift 80 pounds safely and correctly.
- High school education or evidence of work history as equivalent.
- 1 year experience on a manual lathe
