Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company is looking for an Engineering Research Analyst with intelligence community experience to join our team. The successful candidate will possess excellent information management skills, communication, writing, and business skills.
The candidate selected will maintain and apply knowledge of weapons design, development, and production for surface to air missile systems, ballistic missile defense (BMD) systems, command and control systems, and missile seekers to help locate and fuse multiple intelligence sources. They must also apply engineering principles to compensate for intelligence gaps. This position will require the person selected to apply an understanding of IC analytic tradecraft in support of customer requirements.
The qualified candidate will demonstrate proficiency in multi-source analysis using classified and unclassified research tools and methods. This position requires the selected candidate to work effectively in a team environment to capture and execute customer requirements.
Required Skills
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly
- Bachelor of Science or higher degree
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in (analysis and reporting) supporting the U.S. Intelligence Community
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Required Experience
- Experience in weapon system research and analysis
- Experience and proficiency using classified and unclassified research techniques
- Experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of intelligence community tradecraft and standards
