Job description

The Entry Level Campaign Manager will be responsible for supporting and assisting senior campaign managers in executing successful retail campaigns. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills, and a passion for customer services, sales, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of campaign strategies and sales tactics
• Manage and maintain campaign metrics and retails partners
• Assist in training and onboarding new campaign representatives
• Coordinate logistics for retail campaign events and promotions
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers
• Have a good understanding of all products and services
• Maintain relationships with customers and clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain compliance standards across all campaigns
• Acquire new customers on behalf of clientele
• Oversee sales transactions through POS system

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in varios POS systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Willingness to work long and irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
• Passion for people and a desire to make a difference in the world

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
