A local packaging manufacturer is looking to add a Machine Operator Trainee to their close-knit team in this temp-to-hire position on the Swing or Night Shift.
Perfect for someone with at least 6 months of previous experience as a machine operator.
You will be part of a company that values their employees, wants you to succeed and grow with them, and will train you on everything you need to know!
Machine Operator Trainee Duties:
- Set up print jobs according to specifications
- Read instructions from job tickets to operate machinery
- Push and pull loads of sheet stacks
- Use pallet jack to move materials
- Use scale to weigh materials
You will be successful in this role if you are eager to learn, like to be active on the job, and work well on a team.
Schedules:
- Day Shift: Monday - Thursday; 4:00am - 2:00pm
Machine Operator Trainee Requirements:
- 6 months of previous ?folder gluer machine operator experience
- 2 Years of experience working in a warehouse or production/manufacturing environment
- Capable of bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, pushing and pulling
- Must be able to lift 0-75 lbs.
- Ability to stand for entire shift
Pay: $21.00/hr, with structured pay increases
