Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related Engineering or Science degree.
• 0-2 years of working experience in QA handset/mobile testing or related telecommunications field is preferred
• Solid understanding of product quality management and development lifecycles
• Previous experience with On Device Activation, eSIM is a plus
• Good communication (written and verbal), organizational and time management skills.
• Goal oriented, possess a sense of urgency and capable to work under pressure and also work independently with limited supervision
• Willing to work with team members inside/outside the department.

Duties and Responsibilities

• This individual will execute and validate Carrier and Samsung internal QA test plans for On Device Activation.
• Support testing and validation SIM Manager applications in a testing and production environment.
• Ability to understand new technologies and products related to physical SIM and eSIM, through training and self-study of specifications and documentation
• Document and track user equipment hardware or software defects using internal bug tracking system.
• Work closely with the technical leader and the project team to meet the timeline and expected level of quality
• Identify and tracks defects for the assigned testing scope
• Plan test schedule, devices, and tools, ensure proper test scope is covered.
