Entry level employees are enrolled into a comprehensive training program alongside some of the top professionals in the industry. This program is meant to test an employee's ability to work as part of a team, generate professional relationships, and think critically.

Requirements:

-Strong critical thinking skills

-Positive attitude and strong work ethic

-Coachable

-Work well under pressure

-Ability to perform with minimal supervision

-Ability to multitask and prioritize

-Excellent communication skills

Compensation:

First year on target earnings $50,000-$80,000 and higher-performing and experienced employees will earn $80,000+
