Perform housekeeping and light maintenance tasks in all areas of the facility.
Essential Key Job Responsibilities
- Cleaning
- Floor maintenance
- Garbage collection and removal
- Conduct security rounds at the end of shift
- Light maintenance tasks as needed
- Remove snow from sidewalks as needed
Qualifications
Requirements
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Problem solving skills
Ability to work afternoon/evening shift
Excellent cleaning skills
Ability to repair/replace miscellaneous items (light maintenance)
Reliable attendance
