The Network Epic Application Analyst provides support and maintenance of the software used in business processes, primarily in Hospital Billing and HIM, secondarily. The individual is responsible for developing expertise in the use of the electronic health record. Responsibilities include working with end-users, vendors and internal Information Services technical staff supporting business/clinical processes and facilitating cohesive integration of software applications from vendor with business and clinical operations.
The Network Epic team must provide support coverage 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, therefore, on-call coverage on a rotating basis for HB matters will be required (approximately one week every two months). This role may be performed remotely or via a hybrid work arrangement.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree or formal technical training or equivalent experience. Epic HB certification required.
EXPERIENCE:
5 or more years' relevant experience required.
