Based on the results, the highest qualified applicants will be placed on an Eligible List and may be considered for an interview. Employees meeting minimum qualifications who are the same grade will be placed on Eligible List as a "Lateral Transfer" candidate and may be considered for interview.

Minimum QualificationsExperience : None.
Education : Ability to read and write and carry out oral and written instructions in English.
Equivalency : None.
Physical Ability :
- Moderate physical effort is required to perform manual labor tasks that include pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as occasionally transporting heavy loads over rough, uneven, or rocky surfaces, or intermittenly pushing, pulling, and lifting objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
- Ability and willingness to perform work for prolonged periods in severe weather and under adverse road conditions.
- Must possess and maintain at all times a valid Class "B" Commerical Driver's License or an Instructional Permit for Class "B" Commercial Driver's License (CDL) issued by state of residence.
- Must possess and maintain at all times a valid Class "B" Commerical Driver's License or an Instructional Permit for Class "B" Commercial Driver's License (CDL) issued by state of residence.
- Must possess and maintain at all times a valid Class "B" (or equivalent) Commerical Driver's License (CDL) issued by state of residence.
