Job Summary

Our company is seeking an experienced ERP Agile Project Manager to lead the rollout of our ERP system to new locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, experience in managing functional & technical teams, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality ERP solutions using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• 
  Lead the rollout of ERP systems to new locations, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify rollout requirements and develop project plans
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Manage project scope, risks, and issues, and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Coach and mentor team members to promote career growth and development

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in project management, with 3+ years in an Agile environment
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and tools
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality ERP solutions on time and within budget
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
• Proven ability to learn quickly and apply new technologies in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  Experience in ERP implementation and architecture, preferably in Infor Cloudsuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Certification in Agile project management, Scrum, or related field
• Experience in managing ERP rollout projects using Agile methodologies
• Experience in coaching and mentoring team members on Agile principles and practices
