Job Summary

Our company is seeking an ERP Technical Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ERP systems and experience in analyzing, configuring and troubleshooting ERP applications. The ERP Technical Analyst will work closely with the ERP project team to provide technical support, identify and resolve technical issues, and implement new functionalities in the ERP system.

Responsibilities

• 
  Provide technical support to end-users and resolve technical issues related to the ERP system
• Collaborate with the ERP project team to identify business requirements and provide technical solutions
• Configure and customize the ERP system according to business needs
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to ERP system configuration and functionality
• Participate in the testing and quality assurance of ERP system enhancements and modifications
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve technical issues related to ERP integrations
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Train end-users on ERP system functionality and best practices

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 2+ years of experience in ERP technical support, configuration and analysis
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, architecture and implementation methodologies
• Experience in configuring and customizing ERP systems, preferably in M3, Infor Cloudsuite, SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Proven ability to learn quickly and apply new technologies in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  Certification in ERP implementation and/or configuration
• Experience with ERP implementation in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Experience with data migration and integration with third-party systems
