Event Manager Manager

Job Type: Contract, temporary

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the work of contractors and vendors who are involved in the planning and execution of the exercise

• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure that expectations are met and that issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the exercise and provide recommendations for improvements for future iterations
• Ensure that all necessary documentation and reports are completed accurately and on time

Requirements:

• degree in project management, business administration, or a related field
• experience in project management, preferably in a military or government environment
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Knowledge of project management software, tools, and techniques
