Remote Position

Responsibilities:
EVV Agent Responsibilities:
- Contact Clients and CarePartners to resolve unverified shifts in the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) software system
- Record the proper reason code and comments into the visit as required by state regulations.
- Communicate any changes or updates received from clients and/or CarePartners to the appropriate branch staff.
- Support and assist CarePartners with downloading the mobile phone application, training on AutoLink guidelines and educate on current EVV bonus structure.
EVV Agent Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year work experience
- Analytical: able to resolve some complex or non-routine situations.
- Able to use email to send clear and accurate communication with their counterparts in the branches and data entry.
