EXCAVATION LEAD.

Up to $2,500 Sign on BONUS!

Our growing plumbing service and installation company has an opportunity for an Excavation Lead. Our growth plans require a person who likes to help people and can install permanent plumbing services. The right candidate will have experience in the industry with a proven work record. Must show good communication and leadership skills. Position requires Class A CDL. We work year round. If you are experienced, possess a positive attitude, are enthusiastic and like honest hard work, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities

• Operate different size excavators to perform underground plumbing repairs.
• Drive dump trucks to haul equipment to and from jobsites.
• Daily supervision of equipment, plumbers and laborers
• Understanding of site plans with the ability to identify potential problems during the work process
• Set an example of adhering to and enforcing company safety policies
• Good communication skills with Field Supervisors, Office, and Customers.
• Maintain an organized work site
• Provide leadership that encourages strong working relationships and good morale.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience working on the installation of underground utilities.
• Requires Class A CDL.
• Clean driving record with current license.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Comfortable with electronic communication.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans.
• Valid US Identification
• Strong communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $36.00 per hour
