Job description
Thomas Home Improvement is looking for a reliable and qualified Executive Assistant to work weekdays with an option Saturday and Sunday and on call as needed. The position entails managing the day-to-day aspects of a Landscaping and Construction business as well as completing any tasks assigned by the owner. The job duties will include but are not limited to; bookkeeping, marketing, customer communications, Scheduling, and Contract Acquisitions. An Associates Degree is preferred but not required, Applicants will be evaluated first on their experience, second on their proficiency in the various types of tasks they may be asked to complete, and last based off of their education and certification. Experience in bookkeeping, scheduling, computer literacy, customer services, sales, and contract acquisitions all preferred but not necessarily required.
