Requirements:
- Focus on kitchen management and consistent execution
- Strong financial background on food cost, labor cost etc.
- Very good coach and staff mentor
- 100% scratch menu
- Very good energy/stamina
- Precision food and recipes
- High-volume experience an asset
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of customers
- Supervise and coordinates activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation
Salary up to $80000+USD/annually. Must be a resident of the greater Danbury area, and be able to legally work in the USA.
