Pay: $85000 - $100000 / year

Essential Job Duties:

• Manages and performs all work activities required to maintain the efficient and effective operation of the kitchen.
• Monitors compliance with safety and sanitation, code of conduct, work rules, and works with management and human resources to implement appropriate and timely corrective action.
• Promotes effective strategies and employee engagement approaches to instill team support of organizational values, priorities and objectives.
• Assists management with reviewing financial transactions and monitoring the budget to ensure that expenditures stay within budget limitations.
• Oversees the production of high-quality food, and the high standards of performance of all BOH employees.
• Oversees the cleanliness and maintenance of BOH equipment
• Assists in ensuring superior Health Department scores with a proactive approach to checklists and protocol.

Education, Experience and Certification:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Chef or Kitchen Manager in a similar role
• Minimum 4 years of experience supervising employees in BOH or FOH operations
